Our Current turnaround time is 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time.  Being that this is a custom order there will not be any refunds. If you have any problems, feel free to contact us.

Please be sure to send a picture or words that you would like in the note section. We will send you a preview of the design before we start the order. You will have up to TWO changes.
