These are detachable ruffle socks. They are made with tulle, and high-quality grosgrain or satin ribbon. Sizes from 7/8'' or 1 1/2" depending on the size of the ruffle and the size of the child. Ruffles can also be made with cotton fabric. This item also comes complete with one pair of cotton socks.
Little girls can where these for any occasion. Due to supply and demand some fabrics and ribbon used may vary slightly depending on availability.
