Refund policy
Majority of our items are custom made therefore we do not offer any refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on Sunshine Peaches Designs LLC part. Custom satisfaction is our number one priority if you have an issue with your order please feel free to email us and we will do everything possible to make sure your needs are met.
In the event that you have to return your item, our return policy is 5 business days from the date of purchase, anything after five days will not be granted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@spdpartyshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 5 business days after date of receiving your product. We must receive the item/items back within 7 business days of notifying us. Please email us a video or pictures of the damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, CUSTOM PRODUCTS (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CLASSES,/COURSES, DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND TEMPLATES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. These products are sold as is. You will not be refunded or credited for any of these items. Please read the description of the course, template or file before purchasing it.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if there is an error or defect to the product. You must notify us within 5 business days after receiving purchase of issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
