Shipping policy

We pride ourselves in the customization of your items; please keep in mind that ALL of our orders are MADE TO ORDER. Please allow 5-10 business day to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays) though some items may take longer).  Shipping additional. Please be sure to read the description of the item/items you wish to purchase (it tells you the process time and this does not include shipping time.) 

Once your item(s) has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your package while in transit.  We are not responsible for the transit time once your package is in the possession of the carrier.

We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination.

Shipping will be calculated at cart during your checkout process for all items. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 LOCAL DEVELIVERY 

Local delivery within a 10 miles radius is available (we have 1 location to meet).  We do offer a flat rate of $15 travel fee to deliver up to 25 miles radius from our location. 

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checked out to notify you with a date and time to get your items.  We will make sure the date and time is good for both parties.
